We started as support workers.
We still are.
We’re not a big company with a call centre. Endeavour was started by Manu — a support worker herself — who built the kind of service she’d want for her own family: personal, warm, and real. That’s the spirit we bring to every family we support across Melbourne.

Why we started Endeavour Healthcare
Before Endeavour, Manu spent years as a support worker. She saw how good support could change someone’s whole week — and how often it fell short: rushed, impersonal, a different face every visit. So she set out to do it properly.
We built the service we wished existed.
Manu built the kind of service her own family would have wanted — personal, reliable, and full of heart. Whatever you need a hand with — personal care, building everyday skills, getting out and about — we shape it around you, with your NDIS plan support sorted from day one.
You’ll find our team at 13c/36 Hume Road, Laverton North VIC 3026.
Compassion
Genuine care for each individual we support.
Integrity
Transparent, honest communication, always.
Commitment
Reliable, high-quality support you can count on.
Our dedicated team
Real support, from people who’ve chosen this work because they care about it.
A support worker for years before founding Endeavour, Manu has a strong passion for helping people of all backgrounds and abilities — and makes it her mission to help every participant reach their fullest potential, however big or small the challenge. Outside of work, she loves being active, cooking, and anything outdoorsy.
Pare brings a background in early childhood education, hairdressing, and aged care — plus lived experience as a mother of seven, including two children with disabilities. She’s supported participants across a wide age range with both physical and mental disabilities, and finds the work deeply rewarding.

Understanding the NDIS, clearly
The National Disability Insurance Scheme is an Australian government initiative that funds support for people with a permanent or significant disability. We’re here to help you understand it and get the most from it.
What the NDIS supports
The NDIS offers personalised support plans that may include assistance with daily living, access to therapies, support for employment, and help building essential life skills. Each plan is tailored to the individual’s goals, needs, and preferences, so you receive the right support at the right time.
At Endeavour, we don’t just tick boxes. We take the time to really understand your plan and your goals, so the support you get actually fits your life — and helps you get where you want to go.
