Plan management, plan coordination and support coordination — what’s the difference?
Plan management
The financial and administrative side of your plan — tracking your budget and handling provider payments. Endeavour Healthcare doesn’t manage this directly; we can refer you to a separate registered plan manager to handle it.
Plan coordination
The practical, ongoing work of putting your plan into action — lining up the right providers, adjusting supports as your goals change, and making sure your funding is actually being used well. This is a core part of what Endeavour Healthcare offers.
Support coordination
Goes a step further, building your confidence and skills to manage your own supports over time — including for participants with more complex needs. Endeavour Healthcare supports this too.
In short: Endeavour Healthcare focuses on plan coordination and support coordination — helping you understand your plan and coordinating the supports you’re funded for. For plan management (the invoicing and budget-tracking side), we’ll connect you with a separate registered plan manager.
