Complaints and feedback
Last updated: 31 August 2026
If something hasn’t gone the way you expected — big or small — please tell us. Making a complaint will never affect your supports, and you’re welcome to have a family member, friend, advocate, or support coordinator make it on your behalf, or help you make it.
Ways to make a complaint
- Phone: 1800 929 163 (ask for any staff member, or request a call back)
- Email: info@endeavourhc.com.au
- In person or verbally: tell any support worker or staff member directly — they will pass it on for you
- In writing: email us, or ask any staff member for a printable form
- Through someone else: a family member, friend, advocate, or support coordinator can raise it for you
- Anonymously: you don’t have to give your name if you’d rather not — just note that this may limit how much we can follow up directly with you
What happens after you complain
- We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days.
- We’ll look into it and aim to respond within 10 business days — if it needs longer, we’ll update you rather than leave you waiting.
- We’ll tell you the outcome, and what (if anything) is changing as a result.
- If your complaint also involves a safety incident, it’s logged there too and handled on that timeframe as well.
If you’re not satisfied with our response
You can take it further at any time — you don’t have to wait until our process is finished, and doing so won’t affect your supports.
- NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission — 1800 035 544 (free call) or ndiscommission.gov.au
- National Disability Abuse and Neglect Hotline — 1800 880 052 (for concerns about abuse, neglect, or exploitation)
- Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) — for complaints specifically about how your personal information has been handled, see our Privacy Policy
- An independent advocate, or the Commonwealth Ombudsman, if it relates to another government process
Our commitment
All complaints are handled fairly, confidentially, and without discrimination. Making a complaint will never negatively impact the supports or services you receive from us.
