Disability Support Services in Melbourne
Endeavour Healthcare provides NDIS-funded disability support right across Melbourne — from the western suburbs (Laverton North, Altona, Werribee, Point Cook, Wyndham Vale) to the north (Broadmeadows, Craigieburn, Epping), east (Box Hill, Doncaster) and south-east (Dandenong, Frankston). Support is delivered by a small, consistent team — the same familiar faces each visit, not a rotating roster — built around each participant’s goals rather than a one-size-fits-all template.
Whether your plan is self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed, our team can work with you — there’s no funding type we can’t support.

Guidance to help you understand your plan and coordinate the supports that matter to you. Need help with the financial side of your plan too? We’ll connect you with a separate registered plan manager — see our NDIS Info page for how it all fits together.
Support with behaviour support plans
Our support workers put your behaviour support plan into practice day to day, working alongside your behaviour support practitioner, with respect and without judgement.
Why families choose Endeavour Healthcare
Founded by a former support worker, Endeavour Healthcare was built around the idea of delivering the kind of care its founder would want for her own family — personal, warm and genuinely reliable. As a registered NDIS provider based in Laverton North, the team supports participants right across Melbourne — from Hobsons Bay and Wyndham in the west, through to Melbourne’s northern, eastern and south-eastern suburbs. Every member of our team holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance, so you always know exactly who’s coming into your home.
Frequently asked questions
What’s included in personal care support?
Personal care covers respectful, dignified help with things like showering, grooming, dressing and mobility — always delivered by a support worker you know, not someone new each time.
Do you provide support coordination if I don’t have a plan manager?
Yes — our NDIS Plan Support Coordination service helps you understand and get the most from your plan, whether or not you have a separate plan manager for the financial side.
Can support be scheduled around my existing routine?
Yes. In-home and daily living support is scheduled around your routine, not the other way around — mornings, evenings, or a few times a week, whatever suits you.
Do your support workers have current NDIS Worker Screening clearance?
Yes — every member of our team holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance, so you always know exactly who’s coming into your home.
What if my needs change over time?
Your support plan isn’t fixed. As your goals or circumstances change, we adjust the type and frequency of support together with you.
Which areas of Melbourne do you service?
